Freebie - See the sea, I love the sea me!

Digital sea freebie...mmmm I love the sea.

This would make a lovely card background, with a nautical or seaside-like embellishment on a plain, co-ordinated layer. Or, even a masculine photo card with a black and white image of someone, again mounted on a layer.

It could even be the matted layer itself - might just

have to have a play with this along with it's counterpart...

I want this kit! I just like LOOKING at it :-)
